Session 0 Part 2 – Character Creation – D&D Beyond and Mythic GME2E
The next video in our D&D Solo Game 2 is posted where we take the character concept we came up with and record it into a character sheet on D&D Beyond.
Advice to the reader
In order to interpret the structure of my gaming session posts effectively, it is strongly suggested that you peruse A Readers Guide to Play Sessions on The Old Bard, if you haven’t already.
To better grasp what I mean when I bring up Fate questions, you might find it useful to keep the Mythic Fate Chart accessible, potentially in a new window or tab in your browser.
In the second video of our Session 0 for the D&D Solo Game, we use D&D Beyond‘s Character Builder to flesh out our character concept. Additionally, we utilize the Mythic Game Master Emulator‘s meaning tables to further define the character’s background and story
Bookkeeping
As with my previous Solo Game Posts, this section will still contain information on all the bookkeeping I keep even though we’re moving to a video format for the series.
We’ve now created our character in D&D Beyond and used the Mythic Game Master Emulator to help us complete the character’s backstory. In the next video we cover creating the first scene of our adventure using Mythic.
Be sure to like the video, share it with fellow adventurers, and subscribe to The Old Bard’s Den YouTube Channel to stay updated with all our exciting content. Your support helps us continue bringing you epic solo RPG adventures and valuable resources. Happy adventuring!
