Alaric Bledstone

Game: Blyris Bledstone’s Menagerie of Curiosities

Name: Alaric Bledstone (Also known as Eldon Marrowwind)

Race: Human

Class: Sorcerer

Appearance: Alaric is a man of ageless beauty and venerable grace. Standing tall, he is well-built with a commanding presence that often leaves others in awe. His hair, a cascade of long, grey curls, frames his weathered face and complements his long, flowing beard. Deep-set hazel eyes, full of wisdom and endurance, are the standout feature of his visage, hinting at a life filled with trials and tribulations.

Clothing: Alaric is always seen dressed in elaborate, richly embroidered robes that reflect his status and power. He prefers deep blues and vibrant golds, colors that further enhance his dominating aura. He carries a staff, made of an unknown, shimmering material, which serves as an amplifier for his sorcerous abilities.

Background: Alaric Bledstone, the eldest amongst the Bledstone brothers, lived under the alias of Eldon Marrowwind for years in the city of Athesa. His decision to self-impose exile and assume a new identity are shrouded in mystery. During his time in Athesa, he served as an influential figure and a respected leader, guiding the city towards prosperity and relative peace. Recently, he has resurfaced at the behest of his brother, Blyris, bringing with him a wealth of leadership experience and potent sorcerous abilities.

Personality: Alaric is a person of firm conviction and fierce independence. Having lived a life under a pseudonym, he developed a strong sense of self-reliance and caution. His somewhat stoic exterior belies a deeply caring and protective personality, particularly towards his brothers. His return to the fold marks a significant milestone in the reunion of the Bledstone brothers and their collective determination to face impending threats. His experiences leading Athesa have imbued in him a strategic mind and a knack for diplomacy, which would be invaluable in the challenges that lie ahead.
